Ad Sales Genius can connect directly to QuickBooks™ by Intuit, allowing the ability to sync all essential information from QuickBooks Online with your Ad Sales Genius Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
QuickBooks is an accounting software package developed and marketed by Intuit. QuickBooks products are geared mainly toward small and medium-sized businesses and offer on-premises accounting applications as well as cloud-based versions that accept business payments, manage and pay bills, and payroll functions.
To enable this feature within your Ad Sales Genius account, you will first want to ensure that your QuickBooks plan allows for online integration. There are some older or desktop versions of QuickBooks that do not allow for online integration. If you have QuickBooks online, you are set to go!
You will need to authorize your account; this allows Ad Sales Genius to virtually speak with your QuickBooks account and automatically move information from QuickBooks into the CRM. Ad Sales Genius staff will not be able to access your personal financial, banking, or sensitive personal information.
Once you authorize QuickBooks to work with Ad Sales Genius, information will populate and additional options will now be available to you to use within Ad Sales Genius. You will be able to generate invoices within Ad Sales Genius, bill customers directly, and collect funds in a streamlined, integrated, and straight forward fashion.
